Can I tow my 2017 KIA Sorento front wheel drive on a RM Tow Dolly? Are there any specific steps other than normal?

Yes, your 2017 Kia Sorento can easily be towed on the Roadmaster Tow Dolly part # RM-2050-1. I pulled up your owners manual they state it's fine on the FWD models without special instructions.
To add a 7-way so that you can use the dolly's brakes you'll need the part # H20044.
