Trailer and RV Interior Lights with Touch Operation

Are these lights touch to turn on and touch to turn off ?

The Opti-Brite LED Sealed Dome Light Item # ILL46CB does not have touch capabilities. It would have to be wired into a circuit that is on a switch.
We have some lights that are touch activated:
12 inch long # XIL-ST12
7-1/2 inch long # XIL-ST75
