can you purchase just the clamps the bike sits on and straps that slide onto the bar?

We do have replacement cradles and straps for the Hollywood Racks Commuter # HR2500 that you referenced.
The part # HR750-P on our site comes with 2 cradles and 2 straps to secure 1 bike. If you need to replace enough for 2 bikes then you need 2 of these kits.
