Will Kat Handi-Heat work on 4 wheeler with aluminum casing? Does Synthetic oil need to be heated?

The Kat's Heaters Handi-Heat Magnetic Heater w/ Thermostat # KH1155 will work on your 4 wheeler's aluminum casing. Even though synthetic oil isn't effected quite as much based on its properties, it still needs to be heated like conventional oil to allow easier start and better lubrication in cold climates.
