Question:
I have a 2005 Mastercraft with a 3x4 frame and disc brakes. Which bolt on swing away with a 2inch ball is the right solution? What is the steelnon galvanized? Im thinking about how it will paint.

For your Mastercraft Trailer, I recommend the Titan Swing-Away Actuator, part # 4839100 . This is designed to mount to 3 inch wide channel tongues, and has a 7,500 pound capacity. It has a 23-1/4 inch pivot length and has electric reverse lockout.
Non-galvanized steel is steel that hasn't been treated to prevent rusting. The upside of this is that it is easier to paint, however, you'll need to maintain it to prevent rusting if left unpainted.
I've included a video review of this coupler so you can see a little more about how the coupler is constructed.
