Will it fit with a retrax pro mx bed cover with stake pocket cut outs.

The TracRac sliding ladder rack # TH43002XT-781 has rails that mount to the tops of the bed sides on your 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500. Those rails are meant to be in contact with the bed rails. TThe Retrax Pro MX covers will not work.
The only set up we know for sure will work is the ladder rack # TH43002XT-781 with the BAK Revolver, # BAK39121. For a ladder rack and Tonneau cover this is the set up I recommend.
