Can I replace 7-14.5 trailer tires with ST205/75R14?

The rim sizes don't match so a 14-inch trailer tire like you are interested in will not fit on a 14.5-inch wheel. The tire will be too small. So, you'd have to swap your wheels with the tires with the part # TTWA14RWS as long as you have a bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2 inches.

This tire has a capacity of 1,760 lbs at 50 psi and has a speed rating of 81 mph.
