The Flush King Reverse Flush Valve # F02-4350 that you referenced uses the quick bayonet fittings for installation.
One side has the bayonet fitting while the other side has the lug fitting that a bayonet fitting installs on. Both sides are a fit for the standard 3" sewer pipe.
