Barrel Clips Measurement To Determine Compatibility with Nerf Bars

Question:
Looks like I would need 11 per side , My Running Boards are for a 2003 Extended Cab Chevy Silverado the Bar pads over lap each other, and I was hoping that these Barrel clips are the ones I would replace, From your experience I am thinking you would know, Also what is the Diameter/whole size? Thanks

I've attached the measurements for the Westin Barrel Clips # 23-0002. You would need holes approximately 3/8 inch minimum and 7/16 inch maximum for these clips to work properly.
