I have attached a list of our trailer fenders that will work with 15" diameter wheels for you below. However, as you have a boat trailer that will frequently be subjected to water I recommend going with a plastic fender like the Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fenders part # F008595-2 for silver, part # F008585-2 for black, or part # F008575-2 for white. A plastic trailer fender will not run the risk of rusting out like a steel fender will.
If you do not already have mounting brackets then I recommend using either part # CE26061G-2 or part # PF1135-BKT-2. I have attached a review video of the above fender for you as well.
