Should the tires and wheels be rebalance after adding the 4, stem seems like it might be a lot of weight

Trailer tires don't ever really need to be balanced. But if you were installing the Wheelmasters # WM80294 on a vehicle wheel it probably would be a good idea to have the balance checked. These are much lighter than they look though. The weight is .19 of a lb.for both.
