Question:
I would like to install a Redarc brake controller in a 2018 Cadillac Escalade. Is there an adaptor that would plug directly into the car or do I need to splice the pig tail that comes with the controller to the pig tail that came with the car?

Helpful Expert Reply:
To install the Redarc Tow Pro part # RED44FR in your 2018 Cadillac Escalade will require you to use the adapter part # 3016-S. This plugs into the port under the dash of your vehicle and requires you to wire the harness to the matching wire colors of the brake controller. Once that's done it would be installed and ready to go.
