Surge Brake Actuator Recommendation for 6,000 lb Trailer with Drum Brakes and Manual Lock Out
Published 02/05/2018 >
Question:
YTitan Actuator part # T63FR This was recommended and I have some questions: I dont see how or where the backup lever is or how it works- is it the pin on a small cable that is shown slipping in behind the ball socket? Or, is that the hitch lock safety pin? How do you tighten the hitch onto the ball? is there any adjustment?

The best option we have would be the Titan Actuator part # T63FR. This is a drum brake surge actuator that fits 3 inch frame channels, has a 7,500 lb capacity, and has a manual lockout. This would be the best option we have.
I attached a review video for this actuator for you to check out as well.
