We do have 1/2" replacement cap nuts just like the CE Replacement Cap Nut # CE10801 that you referenced.
The 1/2" diameter cap nut is listed as part # CE10800 on our site. If you would like to have a few extra on hand then I recommend going with the part # CE10800A instead which includes a quantity of 8.
