Hi everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at a simple replacement cap nut. It's a zinc finish, and it's a half inch roller shaft that it fits. That's right folks. So these pound nuts, or caps as they're called sometimes, are very, very simple to install.
They just kind of press over the top of that half inch roller shaft. You're gonna get quantity one, one with purchase. If you need more than one, I recommend maybe getting a set of eight, and that's a different item number. I'll put that on the screen for you. Save a little bit of money, get a couple more just to have extras.
It's always nice to be able to help out some people on the boat docks, and the ramps, and whatnot if you're able to as well. So, you might keep some in your toolbox for the what-if factor. But again, quantity one today is what we're looking at. This has been the replacement cap nut in zinc for the half inch diameter roller shaft. I'm Steven.

Only average performance. Reason: Your company boasts a price guarantee. In my view, it's all for show! You don't tell people upfront they must factor in shipping cost. Yet, I purchased 2 different items and one was more expensive on your site vs. a competitor site. In addition, when I asked for the price match at time of order, I was told I had to wait until my product was shipped and received at my home. In a word, silly! Stop making your customer jump through hoops! If you're serious about your price match guarantee, then, perform at time of order. In my case, I was asking for $0.78. Yes, small, but your company is wiling to irritate me for such a small amount. If your prices are competitive, then, processing the price match at time of order will not pose a material impact to your bottom line!!

The product is fine. I suspect trailer remains entrenched in their unwillingness to price match strictly on the price of the item.

I’m still enjoying the parts. I did find out with all the bumpy roads in Louisiana, I gorilla glued the nut cap on and it’s still working today. Thank you and your team for great parts and friendly service.
