Id like to send a picture of my 2003 e-350 mirror to see if you have a tow mirror extension that would fit. Is that possible?

You can definitely send in a picture for me to verify a tow mirror fit for your 2003 Ford E-350.

If you have manual mirrors then you should be able to use the K-Source part # KS61202F for the driver side and part # KS61201F for the passenger side.

If you have electric mirrors then you should be able to use the K-Source part # KS61200F for the driver side and part # KS61199F for the passenger side. The power function will allow you to retain the ability to change the mirror face position to what you need.

These will be a fit for you, but I can compare them to the picture that you send in if you would like.
