If your electric car accepts a standard 30 amp female connector known as an SS-30 AND can charge using a 15 amp max cable then you could use Power Grip RV Power Cord Adapter Plug # CAM55223 to charge the vehicle.
Check your vehicle owner's manual because depending on the type of plug uses there could be different charging levels.
