Yes, the Camco Power Grip RV Power Cord Adapter Plug # CAM55223 will let you connect to a 15-amp standard 3-prong power outlet like what is in your garage. The male end with the prongs plugs in to your 125V/15A outlet and the other end's 30-amp female receptacle will connect to a power cord's male 30-amp plug, like the one in the picture I linked for you.
