What Size Hitch Cover would 2016 Toyota 4Runner Need

Question:
My trailer hitch for a 2016 Toyota 4 runner measures 2 1/2 inches on the outside. Does that mean I need a 2 1/2 cover? Thanks

The measurement for hitch sizes is actually the inside dimensions and not the outside. You would have a 2 inch sized trailer hitch. Which this is the most popular hitch cover size we have so we have plenty of options like the part # 22282 for just a black cover. We have several more for you to check out at the link I attached.
