It sounds like you need the Gen-Y Adjustable Receiver, part # 325-GH-525.
This hitch receiver installs into your existing receiver and has 5 different positions providing different amounts of rise or drop, up to 10 inches. It also has a weight capacity up to 16,000 pounds.
