We aren't able to get roof boxes in custom dimensions but I might have some other options that might work for you.
Since you're obiously looking to customize something for your trike you might look at a trailer toolbox like part # DZ91717P. This one is 36 inches wide at its widest point and 19-1/2 inches long. I've linked our entire selection for you.
Another idea is to find a way to mount an enclosed hitch cargo carrier. At they're widest point they're larger than what you're looking for but the bottom where it would be on the trike isn't as wide so there might be a way to get them to work. One example is the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier # Y62VR, but it requires a 2" hitch so it would really have to do some customization to pull this off. I've linked this selection as well.
