Wondering if my Yakima QTower will fit on either of 2 cars I can borrow for a ski trip: 2006 Honda Element or 2008 Jeep Liberty with the flat rails. If so, I want to purchase 58 inch round crossbars.

I reached out to my contact at Yakima and the Q towers will not work on either of the vehicles mentioned. For the 2006 Honda Element, you will need the following:
Round 58" CrossBars for Yakima Roof Rack System # Y00409
SkyLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars - Fixed Mounting Points # Y53TR
RoundBar SL Adapter # Y03536
Landing Pad 9 # Y00229
We don't have any fit for the 2008 Jeep Liberty with flat rails from any of our manufacturers. There isn't a safe connection point on that vehicle.
