The B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3300 and the Demco Hijacker UMS # DM8550033, both of which are confirmed to fit the factory rail kit on your 2017 Ford F-450, are a couple of the best hitches currently on the market. You honestly would not go wrong with either option.

Between the two models, I give a slight edge to the B&W Companion # BWRVK3300. B&W hitches are widely considered to be the most reliable hitches available. This hitch features 1 inch thick dual jaws (compared to 3/4 inch on the Hijacker) that will provide 360-degree jaw-to-king-pin contact for less rattle and more security. The fully articulating head is going to really limit any chucking and jarring, as it is able to pivot both front-to-back and side-to-side. In terms of installing and removing the hitch, the B&W has a slight advantage of being a bit lighter at 152 pounds compared to the 177 pound weight of the Hijacker.

Both hitches will be very easy to operate and use with multiple trailers and both require simple periodic maintenance like making sure moving parts are well greased and lubricated. Otherwise the hitches won't require much attention.

One thing to note is that the Hijacker does feature a 21,000 towing capacity compared to a 20,000 pound capacity on the Companion. You will want to keep this in mind when searching and buying your new trailer. If you think you will creep up close to the Companion's limit, the Hijacker might be the better option.
