Hi, I just want to confirm that Trailer Hitch part #13540 will fit on my 1999 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 4x4 with tow pacakge and with a 16 Full size spare before ordering. Thankyou for your time.

To complete your towing set up, I recommend etrailer Ball Mount Kit, # 989900. For trailer wiring, since your Explorer already has a tow package, if you wanted to convert it to a 4-Way flat, use # 118241. i have included a link to the installation details and a video showing a typical installation for you to view.
