I own a 2016 Chevrolet 3500 8 Ft bed. I wasnt sure if the height of the tank including the fill cap would fit under my Bak tonnouea cover.

The overall height including the cap for the DeeZee Truck Bed Auxiliary Tank # DZ91752X that you referenced is 22-1/2 inches. We've found that it typically fits pretty easily under tonneau covers like what you see in the attached picture, but you should measure from the bottom of your tonneau to the floor of the truck bed to be sure.

It looks like an Access brand roll-up tonneau. If you can tell me what model truck you have I would be happy to recommend the right one.
