Question:

will your air lift helper springs for coil spring help raise the vehicle. the hitch for the sienna sits at just 9 inches form the road. I was thinking about lifting this a couple inches so it would not bottom out. thanks

The Air Lift AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs part # AL60732 which is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Toyota Sienna will not raise the ride height of your vehicle. It will however prevent the rear of the vehicle from sagging while attached to a trailer which will therefore give you additional ground clearance.

If you have a 2" trailer hitch receiver on your Sienna then you can use the Ultra-Fab Steel Roller part # UF48-979020 to prevent the receiver tube from scraping on the ground but other than this there are not a whole lot of options out there for you.

I will say that out of all the trailer hitch receivers we tested on the same generation Toyota Sienna, we found that the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 306-X7255 has the most ground clearance which was 13-1/4" from the ground to the top of the receiver tube opening on a 2017 Toyota Sienna.
