Hi, I am building a triple axle trailer, with 7,000lb axles, with 16inch tires and wheels and would like disc brakes. I drive a 2017 Ford F350 and would like to be able to use my factory brake controller. I dont know much about disc brakes. What products would I need and what do you recommend to put disc brakes on the trailer? Thank you!

We can help you with the components you will need to install electric-over-hydraulic (EOH) disc brakes on your triple axle trailer. We even have a help article that outlines each of the considerations to keep in mind as you plan out the project. I also linked our main page for 7K hub-and-rotor disc brake kits. A new hub/rotor needs to use the same bearings as the hub/drum it replaces in order to fit on your spindles.
You'll notice that pricing of the disc brake kits shown varies depending on their material and finish. The lowest-cost kits like # K2HR712 use raw finish or Dacromet-coated components while others like Kodiak # K2HR79E will have a better E-Coat anti-corrosive finish. The best option is a kit with stainless-steel and Dacromet components, such as the Kodiak kit # K2HR79DS, which will stand up better in tough conditions like salt water environments.
We have brake line kits for triple axle applications, shown on another linked page, in lengths up to 30-feet. I also linked our page for EOH actuators like the HydraStar # HBA16 which is also offered in a complete kit with 7-way wiring, junction box and breakaway system, part # HS381-9067.
One thing to make sure of is that your factory trailer brake controller has a setting to let it be compatible with EOH actuators. Some brake controllers work only with electric brakes; others can require special electrical adapters; but some will have a setting option for use with OEH actuators.
If you want to avoid any of that possible hassle you might consider replacing the factory controller with a reliable and versatile Prodigy P3 # 90195 which works perfectly with both electric brakes and EOH actuators without any adapters required. Installation in your truck is a plug-and-play process using wiring adapter # 22292.
