The 1958-1980 Chevrolet oil filters had 13/16 inch-16 thread sizes and used a gasket that have a diameter of 3-1/2 inches. The Derale Tube-Fin Engine Oil Cooler Kit # D15505 that you referenced would be the correct choice for you since it has components that will fit both of those requirements.
