Will Sunlight Affect the Valterra RV Water Tank # R8036

Question:
Will the tank or water be effected at all if I mount this in my truck bed or on a open utility trailer? Thank you,

Since the Valterra RV Water Tank # R8036 is black sunlight will make the water and the tank warmer, but aside from that there wouldn't be any other affects due to the tank being out in the open.
