Hi Do you have replacement gear assemblies with the lift arm for the above model Ventline? I have a unit that has the teeth damaged in the lifting mechanism, which will need to be replaced. Thank you

The part I believe that you need is Replacement Operator, Knob and Screw, # BVD0462-00. These replacement parts will fit vents V2094 and V2119, just like the Replacement Fan Blade, # BVD0215-00, that you have referenced.
If you had a vent with a metal dome vent, you would use part # BV0115-04.
