Is the cutout on the back of the lockable hatch round?

The Valterra Universal Inlet and Lockable Hatch for RVs - White - Gravity Fill # A01-2002VP has a completely round fill and round vent but the cutout is rectangular measuring 3 by 4-5/16 inch. It has 1-1/4 inch barbed connection and 1/2 inch vent. It fits both 4-1/4" wide x 4-3/4" high and 4" wide x 3" high cutouts and the locking cover will cover all the mounting hardware to give you a clean and secured connection.
