What makes the Redarc tow pro and tow pro elite so different from others?

The Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 3 Axles - Proportional # RED44FR and # RED24FR are different from their competitors in two ways. The first is their mounting location. The size of the controller allows mounting under the dash and puts the control within any normal dash mount location for a clean look that you won't hit your knees on and will allow for the newer knee air bag systems. The second is only in the Elite and its ability to switch between proportional control and user control modes. The ability to switch between these modes gives you greater control when using it off paved roads. You literally have the adjustment at your fingertips.
The only current drawback is they don't have easy wiring harness connections for your factory system so it requires spicing into a competitor's harness to give you the easy install on the factory systems.
