It is made of heavy-duty PVC-coated nylon tarp-like fabric with welded seams and even has covered zippers to further keep your cargo dry and clean. It has a limited lifetime warranty and secures to your cargo carrier with 6 adjustable straps with buckles. This bag is intended to be extremely durable and take on the elements while protecting your cargo.
