Question:

Hi Team, I purchased the Thule Kit 3112 for my 2007 LR3. The anchor Bfoot plates however do not fit in my factory track. Its a bit too long so the anchor cannot make a full 90 degree rotation to completely secure in my track. Ive heard that a Yakima Cfoot plate is an easy fix, and that the products are used interchangeably. Can you confirm? If not, can you suggest another type of anchor plate to accomodate my vehicle? thanks!

The Thule Fit Kit # THKIT3112 is the confirmed fit for your 2007 Land Rover LR3. Since they do not fit in the way you desire, I recommend the Yakima Landing Pad 4 for Yakima Control Towers - Qty 2 # Y00224 ( you will need 2 kits), the Skyline towers # Y53TR and the Jetstream Crossbars # Y00425. I also recommend the locks to secure your roof rack # Y07204. This system will mount differently into your factory rails for a confirmed fit.
