I need to find a suitable motorized jack to handle a 39 ft. 17000 lb. trailer with a A-frame plate. Can you recommend a jack that will fit the bill?

For your trailer, I recommend the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack # JET-5000. This has a lift capacity of 5,000 pounds which is more than you need. This extra capacity will allow the jack to work quickly and easily. There is a light on the front and side and a drop leg to make using this jack easy.
