Have a Hidden Hitch model 87034 and it is too small for my F-250 Super Duty

That's because the hitch you have is designed to fit trucks with 34 inch frames like what are commonly seen on cab and chassis trucks. Your 2005 Ford F-250 has a wider frame so it would need something like the # 75740.
