Im trying to figure out if the 8000lb rated jacks crank as fast as the 3000-5000 rated jacks.

The Bulldog Square Jack # BD190758 that you referenced takes 8 cranks of the handle to extend or retract 1 inch. I went out into our warehouse to confirm this.
