Replacement u-bolts are available for your Swagman XP 4-Bike Rack # S64940 though not as parts by themselves. Instead, they come as part of the Replacement Cradle for Swagman XP Series Bike Carriers # 64860, which includes the cradles, u-bolts, and all the hardware necessary for installation.
