Is Fascia Trimming Required When Installing Hitch on 2013 Ford Edge Sport
Published 11/29/2017 >
Question:
I see your post stating you have a hitch for the sport. What happens with the rear bumper cover ? The sports is much lower then a reg edge ? Does it hang lower then the cover or does the cover need to have a hole cut in it ?

When installing a trailer hitch on a 2013 Ford Edge like the Curt part # C13067 the lower fascia does need to be trimmed as the fascia is different like you said. If you check out the picture I attached you'll see exactly how this is done.
