will this camco gas regulator work on a full size gas range

The Camco Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator for Dual Propane Tanks # CAM59005 has an intended purpose of connecting propane tanks to a low-pressure gas appliance and is rated for 200,000 BTU per hour. It would need to be used within those confines.
