Question:

Can you recommend a Cargo net size that fits the 25inch by 59inch Steel Mesh Roof Grill RRPBH? I see you have a 20inch by 40some inch cargo net, does that stretch enough both width wise and length wise to fit the 25# by 59 inch grill?

I tried out the Curt Stretchable Cargo Net, 43 x 24, part # C18202 on a few different grills and baskets and the largest fit I got was on the 52 inch long X 15 inch wide Hollywood Racks Hitch Cargo Carrier. It fit around the smaller supporting posts of that basket and covered the entire length.

I'd recommend the 43 x 24 if you're looking at smaller cargo on your grill, as it was stretching pretty thin on the 52 inch carrier, and didn't leave much room for cargo height. That being said, you don't have to stretch it the entire length of the basket to use it, just over the cargo itself and pull till its tight, then connect it to the basket.

If you're looking at larger cargo, then I'd step up to the 38 x 44 version, part # C18200 which will give you a lot more height for your cargo, though it may come in a little loose.
