Question:
Hi! Im looking into getting the Firestone Ride Rite Air Bags and was wanting to get the correct model number. I have read some of your QandA’s saw someone asking about the stock lift 3” - 4” of their truck and was given a different model of Ride Rite. My truck is stock with the rear end rake higher than my front. Also, I noticed in your install videos that you drill two holes on the back bumper for the valves. Can those valves be installed into the license plate hole mounts and also can you suggest a “T” valve so I can pump both at the same time? Thank you!

Helpful Expert Reply:
For your 2005 Ford F-350 crew cab, single rear wheel, long bed the correct Firestone air bag kit is the part # F2400 for if you have a 4 wheel drive truck.
Your truck having the rear suspension a bit higher is normal for a 1 ton truck so these kits would fit just fine without needing lift kit spacers.
For a tee valve you then would want the part # F3273-1 which will allow you to fill up both bags with one single valve.
You can drill the hole for mounting the valve wherever works best. The license plate hole would work too.
