Will this mirror work on my Ford E350?

The Cipa Universal Door Mount Mirror # CM45000 referenced in your question is a universal model that is designed to fit most full-size pickups, vans, and campers. The two lower mounting holes are 11 inches apart on center, and the three top mounting holes are 3-7/8 inches apart on center. The top of the mirror will sit about 29 inches above the lower mounting holes.
I recommend checking these dimensions against the surface on your E350 that you are wanting to mount it to. This will give you a good idea as to whether or not this will work well on your vehicle.
