Question:
Hi, I have a Curt 112653 1 1/4inch Class 1 trailer hitch installed on my 2006 Toyota Corolla. It constantly scrapes when exiting my driveway but down not scrape when backing in. My question is will this fit my 1 1/4inch receiver?? This seems like an awesome idea to alleviate the scraping problem..

I do have an option for you but the body of the Ultra-Fab Steel Roller for RVs part # UF48-979020 is designed to surround a 2" trailer hitch receiver and since the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11265 for your 2006 Toyota Corolla has 1-1/4" receiver which is obviously smaller, the fit will be very loose and not secure.
The only option I have for you would be to weld the Ultra-Fab Steel Mini-Roller for Trailers and RVs part # UF48-979022 onto the bottom of your trailer hitch receiver tube to prevent scraping. Unfortunately, we do not have a skid wheel compatible with the 1/2" diameter hitch pin hole and 1-1/4" body on your Curt trailer hitch receiver at this time therefore this will be your only option.
I have attached a review video of the weld-on skid wheel for you as well.
