I do have a front mount trailer hitch receiver for your 2004 Ford F-250 but the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C31071 is only confirmed to fit GM vehicles. For a front mount trailer hitch receiver that will fit your truck, I recommend using the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 31114. As long as you do not have the front blocker bar then this trailer hitch will work well for you.
