Replacement Key and Lock Cylinder for a Thule Polar 200 Roof Box
Updated 11/10/2017 | Published 11/08/2017 >
Question:
I own a Thule Polar 200 roof box and the key broke into the cylinder so I may have to replace the whole cylinder. Would you give me a quotation for a cylinder as well as an extra key, please. As well as a link to the product so I can see it?

You'll likely need to replace the entire cylinder by temporarily uninstalling the lock housing so you can attempt to remove the broken key.
To replace, you'll order part # TH450200. This will come with two cylinders, two keys and a change key. This ends up being cheaper and easier than individually ordering the lock, cylinder and change key.
If you're unable to remove the broken key from the lock with pliers, you may be able to disassemble the lock housing to remove the core.
