The Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24692 that you referenced is confirmed to fit the 2007 Ford Focus Sedan (excluding the ST), the ZX3 Hatchback, and the ZX5 Hatchback. It will fit your Focus and give you a Class I trailer hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver rated for 200 lbs. You will want to make sure to check your owner's manual for any weight ratings when using a trailer hitch.
I have attached a video of the Draw-Tite # 24692 being installed on a similar 2007 Focus for you to reference.
This hitch would work great with a bike rack like the Kuat Transfer # KU74FR. If you will be using this hitch for a bike rack please note that a Class I trailer hitch cannot safely carry more than 2 bikes.
