Weight of Erickson Mesh Tarp and Truck Bed Cover

Question:
I want to know the weight per square yard of the mesh tarp material. Also is it a vinyl covered nylon or just a mesh material???

The Erickson Mess Tarp, part # EM57059, has as shipping weight of 12 pounds. Since there won't be much packaging involved we can subtract a little from that and estimate the tarp itself at about 10 pounds or so.
