Does the Footplate on etrailer 3K Trailer Jack TJP-5001S-B Spin when Handle is Cranked

Question:
Does the footplate spin? For example on some other trailer jacks that have a wheel the entire center tube that extends from the jack will rotate. Im wondering if the center tube that extends from this jack will also rotate?

I went out to the warehouse to test the Round, Pipe Mount Swivel Jack w/ Footplate - Weld On - Sidewind - 10" Travel - 3,000 lbs Item # TJP-5001S-B for you. When cranking the handle the footplate does not spin. Going from cranking the leg from one direction to the other causes the footplate to shift a little but it does not continue to spin.
