Can you take the base plate of a 2008 Saturn Vue and put it on a 2017 ford focus SE We have Blue Ox tow bar on Coach—what do we need for base plate?

For your 2017 Ford Focus you'd need a new Blue Ox base plate as a kit from a Vue would not fit. For that you'd need the part # BX2663 which is a confirmed fit.
